2. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing/expectations, or any reason other than the exception below.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at alamillod0611@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping if a return is required.
How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item
Email us at alamillod0611@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or defect. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Outside of the damaged/defective exception above, no items are eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including but not limited to change of mind, delayed delivery within normal shipping estimates, or buyer's remorse.

3. Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are carefully prepared before shipping and typically arrive within approximately 8 days. We currently ship within the United States.
Because our products are fulfilled through international supplier and fulfillment partners, delivery times may occasionally vary from this estimate, particularly during high-demand periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or high order volume. We'll notify you of any significant delay affecting your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
